The 2015 summer trip is designed for future business leaders at California State University, Chico.

 

The 10-day, custom-made expedition offers a real life application to what's been learned in the classroom.  

 

It is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, network with top business managers, practice professional business etiquette, give back through a volunteer project, engage in cultural activities, and make lifelong friends. 

 

The program is largely based on creating a positive environment where clients use their strengths and rotate through leadership positions.

 

Participants co-create the final agenda of activities.
