My expertise is in how leaders & entrepreneurs can build resilience to achieve both high performance and wellbeing, moving beyond burnout. My scholarly research projects are in partnership with organization, so studies increase organizational effectiveness as well as advance management science. My research has been published in top peer-reviewed business journals, and I regularly present at international conferences

    • Together with Dr. Gary Latham, wrote a proposal to research trust between supervisors and employees in a healthcare organization undergoing change. Awarded $21,600 (CAD).
