Project BUILT believe in an ecological approach to wellness, viewing the construction workforce as part of a larger ecosystem that includes their families, the jobsite, and communities. They are building a network of support that connects all these critical parts to create lasting, positive change.

The Resilience-Informed Skills Education (RISE) Institute at Pepperdine University educates and empowers universities, K–12 schools, churches, corporations, and organizations to cultivate resilience within their communities. The RISE Institute builds upon the success of the RISE Program at Pepperdine and other colleges and universities and provides inspiration, resources, and training to equip students, leaders, employees, and community members with practical tools to successfully and confidently navigate life's challenges.
