Management is fascinating: my first management conference was a blast!

I got to attend the Western Academy of Management Conference in Napa in March 2014. This was my first taste of the field of management in an academia setting.

Ok, I'm sold and it wasn't the Napa setting that did it. Hearing sessions about the intersection of psychology and business was mind blowing. I loved learning more about emotional intelligence, outliers, and warriors, just to name a few topics.

Wow, that's all I can say.
