Presenting my first Management paper at the Western Academy of Management conference 2015

I am 100% sure that I want to be a researcher! This was my first taste at presenting our management paper. What a great opportunity to get feedback on our idea and to also get to chat with others about improving their papers. I just can't get enough. I get so excited talking about this stuff I cannot imagine ever getting tired of it. WAM in beautiful Kauai was fantastic!
